On September 2020, I have revisited this place as the almost all buildings in this public residence space are re-built – and the last apartment still stands along with the water tower servicing the water to this last building. I’m not sure whether the re-built buildings are using the water tower or not. But, honestly speaking the new buildings do not use the water tower in general, hence this may be the last time I can appreciate this water tower. The tower and building are covered by plants which looks a jungle. So, no longer it is maintained with positive motivation.
