This place also is strictly controlled for entering to the area. The street has its gate and guard man manages the visitor. I have tried to explain and have asked them to enter here and shown my passport for assurance that I’m just a traveler for making a picture of the water tower. I got a Visitor Card and Guard Man kindly be with me for monitoring.. I finally reach out to the tower!
