Nagasawa Water Purification plan is being owned from Tokyo Water Service office and Kawasaki Water Service Office. Somehow, the plant exists in Kawasaki city and the water source is from the Kawasaki Water Pipeline, but the water distribution is serviced to the citizen of Tokyo.
